Congrats - awesome shot :)

Behind The Lens

Location
We took the picture around 200m from my house
Time
It was taken on April 30th, late afternoon.
Lighting
Afternnoon, warm temperatures, bright sun light... I felt the conditions were perfect for this: bright daylight, sun behind the model, model and a flash for Anna in a black body (and the plastic cover). Dramatic, contrasty and everything pushed to the Limits - I have a tendency to Drama :-)
Equipment
just "my usual stuff" for pictures like this. Canon EOS 5DsR, Canon EF 16-35/4 IS USM (19mm), Elinchrom ELB 400, Elinchrom 70cm Deep Octa with grid. For this shot the ELB was set to HS: Tv 1/5000, Av 4.0, ISO 100
Inspiration
We wanted to to a Fashion shot in black&white, high contrasts, against the sun.
Editing
I added overall contrast, more contrast to everything exept the model and made the vignette more visible and changed it to black&white.
In my camera bag
Camera, 16-35/4 IS, 24/1.4, 35/1.4, 50/1.4, 85/1.2 and 70-200/2.8 - my bag is big and heavy...
Feedback
even a plastic cover has its Appeal. Try different Things. If you like a look in a studio shot take it outside and try it there. When using a wide angle lens place the model close to the middle and cut it in post to a "golden cut" (if wanted/needed).
