Location
This photo was taken in a rented house that a group of photographers and I chipped in on. There were 3-4 m oderls, one in each major room and I captured Abbi with z ring light as she sat on the bed during a boudoir shoot.Time
This shoot was early afternoon on a rainy day. Some light was coming in through the window but this was mostly the ringlight.Lighting
Although this was the first time working with a ring light, Abbi's professionalism and great looks amped up the shoot.Equipment
I was shooting a Canon 7D with my favorite 24-105 zoom. As I have said, this was my first exposure to constant light via a ring light.Inspiration

I normally carry my used Canon 5D mkIII with the 24-105 zoom, 1-2 flashpoint speedlights, handheld light meter, platypod plate and gear, and a few bungy cords to attach the speedlights to various support.sFeedback
Dont be afraid to join other photographers in group shoots if you're ffom out of town, as was i. They know the local model's and where to rent lighting equipment. Local knowledge is key!
