This B-17, named "Madras Maiden", visited Rocky Mountain Metro Airport in mid-May 2017. The aluminum finish - and the streamlined shape and defensive equipment of this historically important aircraft - made this a great subject for photography. I spent most of that afternoon and the next morning next to this aircraft.

This view cried out to be made in black and white. I added a slight sepia tint.
