Thanks a lot to you all, I really wasn't expecting this to win anything :D

Behind The Lens

Location
I took this photo in Pisa Italy.
Time
It was a winter dawn, around 7 o'clock , the best time to find this square empty and have the possibility of taking all the shots I prefered without tourists shooting selfies all around :D Just me, my camera and the leaning tower to pose for me!
Lighting
I was hoping for an awesome light because it had been raining all night and the forecast said that it would be partially cloudy in the morning, but this was much more than I was hoping for!
Equipment
I only used my camera, a nikon D7200 and the nikkor 18-105 lens. No tripod, no flash!
Inspiration
I don't even know why, I was looking for something different, and when I found this puddle I thought lets see things from a low perspective and see at what happens....and that was it!
Editing
I did lighten up shadows and increased a bit saturation and contrast and clarity (maybe I overdid clarity but I'm still learning to dose postproduction and still have a long way to go!)
In my camera bag
I don't have much equipment...just an amateur with the nikon D7200 and nikkor 18-105 bought as a kit! Lately I bought a benro tripod but that's all! I'm hoping for a wide-angle lens in the future but for now I cannot afford one LOL
Feedback
I'm not good at giving advice to other people...I'm the one that needs advice over here. The only thing I try to do, is try to do something different than the obvious. That's all for the moment! I hope I will learn more things in the future to provide better shots and advices :)
