Location
This was taken at Ripleys Aquarium in Toronto, I'm a self taught amateur photographer.Time
It was a beautiful summer day, my fiance and I were walking around downtown exploring, by noon time it was really hot and we wanted a place to cool down, so we decided to see what all the fuss was about and I'm really glad we did.Lighting
The lighting in the jellyfish section was honestly perfect, the jellyfish in this tank are actually white, they have these light that change colors in the tank and gives the jellyfish this beautiful glow.Equipment
The only think I used was my camera, it's a Canon EOS Rebel T2i.Inspiration
I just seen this lone jellyfish off to the side of the tank, just gracefully floating upside down, and I was just like "I need to photo this"Editing
I did do some post-processing but not much, I just popped the purple I tiny bit more, lightened the area around the jellyfish and then darken edges. In my camera bag
First is always my Canon EOS Rebel T2i, attached to it is my 18-55 mm lens, extra memory cards, cleaning cloths, filters and glass balls.Feedback
I honestly have no tips unfortunately I was just in the right place at the right time. But I do recommend that you do not hesitate for any photo, and that you take alot and you shoot in Raw.
