Great capture. I've never seen an image quite like this. What makes it especially poignant is the harrowing emotional state of the man against the background of seemingly oblivious people. Well done!

Love your composition & social commentary, and your choice to go BW. I don't know this man's story but I do know that professional beggars bring in lots of money... it's pretty much a 'job' in some locations.

Stone pavement - stone hearts. Not yours. Remarkable - I've never seen a beggar prostrate in that way. The ultimate humiliation for him? There but for the Grace of God go you or I, rings true here.
