Hamnoy is a tiny little fisher village located on the Lofoten islands in northern Norway. As it turned out in the end, my trip there was all about raw nature forces at work. Whether is was heavy rain, the aurora, icy roads, snowstorms, wind trying to tip you over, or a hailstorm like in this shot. Getting this photo was really difficult. Already at f2.8 and ISO 800 I had to expose for 4 seconds on the bridge while beeing thrown back and forth by wind and hit by hail in my face. Great fun! :D
