Inspiration
During a photo workshop we took a lot of pictures in very different places. We had to adapt the space very quickly. In this room I saw a big glass door creating very nice natural light. I asked the model to stay as close as possible to the glass, and started to experiment with the reflections.

Editing
I do not like to do to much post-processing. I always try to prepare everything in advance to have the shot ready just from the camera, but contemporary workflow usually requires a final touch in photo-editing software.
In my camera bag
It depends on the circumstances. I have always my Fujifilm X100s with me. I love this camera for everything - it is small, handy and takes great photos. When I work in my studio I use Canon 5DsR and a set of primes: Sigma 35mm f/1.4 Art, Canon 50mm f/1.4 and Canon 85mm f/1.2L. Outside the studio I use also Canon 24-70 f/4 L and Canon 8-15mm f/4L Fisheye. Sometimes I use also my old Nikon D300 with Nikkor AF-S 18-200mm which is very robust inexpensive all-in-one solution for very demanding task, when I can't take care of the equipment. Sometimes I use also analog cameras and I love to experiment with vintage lenses. So it is not easy to answer the question. The content of my bag changes from one shooting to another. I like to experiment with the equipment so often I borrow cameras and lenses. This is not something that I would recommend to someone else as a reference solution. This set has a lot of drawbacks but every piece of this equipment is best for some specific kind of photography.

Feedback
Always have your camera with you! If you do not want to carry heavy equipment, find one small camera, which allow manual control and produces decent quality pictures. Remember - "the best camera is the one you have with you" :)
