By backlighting somewhat you have kept the face in shade and avoided harsh shadows that would have overpowered this young face. very nice.

Thank you very much , over the years I have mostly used natural light. I have gotten good at using light outdoors to my advantage - sun shadow and reflection - I may have lightened the shadows in this on a bit . It was taken on my iphone SE.
