Last year I solo backpacked through part of West Africa. I'm going to share some photographs from that trip, starting with Senegal. I spent a couple of days in the Sine-Saloum Delta area, taking a couple of different pirogue trips to visit some of the nearby villages. This is a shot of the pirogues on the beach at Djifer - a local village and fishing hub.
