Location
This photo was taken in Port Charlotte Florida.Time
This was taken on a very cloudy morning and no wind , this allowed me to get a good reflection...Lighting
Well the lighting was very gray as it was cloudy so no shadows.Equipment
I took this Picture a while ago so I don't remember all the details. I did use Nikon D500 and probably my Tamron 400mm. Camera was hand held.Inspiration
All wildlife inspires me.On this day when you see the water with mirror like reflections which is hard to get in Southwest Florida as there is usually a breeze. I kept my camera on the bird and all of a sudden out came the wings. A lot of patience helps too.Editing
I did a little sharpening in Photoshop Elements. In my camera bag
Wow. I never know exactly as I switch up between my equipment. If I’m shooting wildlife far away it’s my 200mm to 500mm.....or my 28mm to300 and I have a 400mm... the latter mostly general photography.Feedback
You need to know your subjects habits and where they visit..but I think main thing is patience..nature does what it wants to do when they say. Not because you are there (smile). Also the fact there was no sun gave a no shadow photo.....
