Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was made in Sicily, Syracuse, in the protected area of ??Plemmirio, at a depth of 20 meters

Time

To make this photo, I had to wait for a very precise hour at 11:00 am. the rays of the sun had to enter perpendiculars inside the hole of the cave

Lighting

The light is natural, that of the ray of light coming from the hole in the cave

Equipment

Compact Camera Ricoh gx200 with underwater housing Sea&sea dx2g. two flash sea&sea y110a

Inspiration

the photo was inspired by the location of the cave that filtered this ray of light down to the ground and inserting a female figure in that position was very ascetic, I would say oneiric

Editing

the photo was born in color, I just turned to b & w

In my camera bag

underwater I do not have a bag :-) ... just my compact car with a wide angle additional lens
