Also known as Elephanthead and - as I learned it - "Little Pink Elephants." Each flower in the inflorescence appears to have two large pink ears and one long pink proboscis ("trunk"). Pedicularis groenlandica. Grows in wet, boggy places in or near to alpine tundra or arctic tundra.
The species name "of Greenland" reflects that it is a member of the circumpolar arctic-alpine flora - a whole bunch of similar plants grow all around the Northern Hemisphere, either in arctic areas (low elevation but high latitude) or alpine areas (high elevation but temperate latitudes).
