I like this very much. I love the implied movement by the slower shutter. Your use of dodge and burn has really made this image pop. If your pre-vis was to create an image that emoted a sense of a clean, cool refreshment, you absolutely succeeded. The only real issue is that perhaps you have cropped it too low. I see water pouring from the top of the frame, but not the source.
