I wanted to slow my shutter to capture the sense of flow, but provide some solid rocks for contrast and in the foreground to supply a recession from near to the far bank. I framed this image carefully, excluding all sorts of detail that was not central to my visual idea. 'A river runs through it'.

Thanks, of course anyone is fairly blind to his own perspective and yet it is important to try as that is central to the making of the images. having viewers who will comment is helpful in finding that out.
