This is at Pacific Beaches, WA for the annual kite fest they hold here. I was exploring the road along the coast north of Ocean Shores for the first time and saw a plethora of kites on the beach. So naturally had to check it out. May need to get back here next year. Quite frankly I always thought the coast here between Forks and Klaloch is pretty darn boring :)
