This is by far one of my favorite nature - landscape image I have taken. The positioning of the meteor could not have been placed better in the frame. When I was capturing my exposure for the stars I was waiting for the exposure to finish and I didn't even see the meteor shoot across the frame. But when the image poped up on the rear LCD screen, I knew this would be an amazing final image. This image is two exposures, one taken at the very ambient blue hour time, and about 20 minutes later for the stars exposure.

You should be proud! This is a great shot; you've got a really strong leading foreground, that fantastic, gnarled tree as the subject, and a meteor zooming by in the night sky. What a fortuitous capture!
