It was late at night when my wife and I were having a glass of wine and talking about doing a photoshoot for ourselves, and just went ahead and did the photo.Lighting
I wanted to go for a low-light intimate setting, so I only used one AlienBees with a Westcott 43" Apollo Orb with a grid.Equipment

My wife and I wanted to create a series of self-portraits that showed intimacy, passion, and love for each other.Editing
I only did minimal corrections and adjustments in Lightroom such as contrast, exposure and converting it to black and white.In my camera bag
I always have my two Nikon D7200 bodies, Nikkor 35mm f/1.8G, Tokina AT-X 24-70mm f/2.8, Sigma 150-600mm (I do a lot of surfing photography, so this lens is always a must!), and Nikkor 12-24mm f/4G.Feedback
