This is another old one from back in the day when I had yet to discover the virtues of shooting RAW. With this image, instead
La Machine's 'Les Mécaniques Savantes' skulking her way down the streets of Liverpool. Trying to find her nesting place again, she has now started to run rabid around the city, attacking everyone she sees with her poisonous mucus. The city council has tried many different things to try and tame her, but so far no luck.

Without a doubt, this is one of the most impressive things I have ever seen. To celebrate Liverpool being the Capital of Culture for 2008, La Machine built this 50 foot spider that would walk the city streets for 4 days.
It was nothing short of spectacular, and even now I feel that to be an understatement. If you ever get the chance to check any of @lamachinefr's work, I heartily recommend it. A big shout out to all of the #artists, #technicians and #theatre designers who made this dream come so vividly to life!
