Want to thank everyone for their kind words and support. I'm glad that everyone enjoyed this image. :)

Behind The Lens

Location
I took this image at a local bar in Troy, NY during a wedding event. The bar had all these great bare bulbs hanging from the ceiling and colored twinkle lights throughout the venue which made for a great bokah.
Time
Was early evening during the wedding reception.
Lighting
No flash, all ambient light.
Equipment
Nikon D700, 24-70mm Nikkor lens, handheld.
Inspiration
Just loved the clear bare bulbs. I took several different variations thought the night.
Editing
Usual post-processing for color, clarity, tone, sharpness in Lightroom.
In my camera bag
I carry a Nikon D750, D700, SB-900 Flash, 24-70mm F2.8, 70-200mm F2.8, 105mm F2.8 and a Sigma 10-20mm. Lately been also carrying around my DJI Mini 2 as well.
Feedback
Look for interesting objects in your local bars, restaurants, and small stores. Especially places that have old original fixtures and other detail features. Look for ways to use the ambient lighting when capturing and don't be afraid to experiment with different angles and lenses.
