Behind The Lens

Location
This photo was taken in the park, where I like to walk. It was a cold and windy autumn day, nature was full of melancholy and wilting.
Time
It was the evening of October 24, 2016.
Lighting
I love the natural light before dusk, when the bluish slowly fills the space.
Equipment
This was shot on Canon 7D with an Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II lens.
Inspiration
I was fascinated by a piece of ice with a leaf at the shore of the shallow river Lipovka. It looks like daguerreotype created by Autumn.
Editing
I used Photoshop. I added a gloomy atmosphere of twilight and focused on the autumn leaf. I like to give my photos a dusty and matte shade.
In my camera bag
Usually I take only my camera Canon 7D and a couple of lenses (Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II and Canon 24-70 2.8L).
Feedback
I think it's important to pay attention to the different little things around you. Nature creates beautiful backgrounds and props.
