Re-work of original. Very slight crop to tighten into the "rule-of-thirds" as unconventional as this image is to fit the "rule", using the outer upper and left third.
I think these changes makes it conform in an unusual way (the high contrast of the metal parts and the deep shadow surrounding the handle which creates a completely different and unexpected contrast). Also re-watermarked with a different process so it's less distracting. I am highly interested in what the judges and community have to say about this fitting with the "rule-of-thirds extravaganza" contest if any take the time to comment. I understand that the subject matter is controversial however, I hope that those who feel uncomfortable can look past that and judge the image on it's composition.
