Behind The Lens

Location

In Charleroi in Belgium. A salsa dancer and a teacher of ballet dancing accepted a shooting on the 4h floor in a studio in Charleroi... there was no lift and no assistant or help to climb these 4 floor.

Time

This picture was taken so long ago...in March 2016 and It was in the afternoon most probably .

Lighting

to long ago no way to remember anything about the lighting , but most probably 2 light and one soft box and one umbrella.

Equipment

Canon 5D mark III was my companion and 24-105mm my usual lens. No flash meter.

Inspiration

The mirror and trial and error.

Editing

Post processing mostly with Lightroom and photoshop.

In my camera bag

Today I shoot with a Canon R6. Canon Lens 24-105mm f4, 70-200mm 2.8 , 50mm 1.8, 85mm 1.8 , Tamron lens 70-300mm f4-5.6 Sigma 150mm 2.8

Feedback

Do not spend too much money on gear , but learning Lightroom and photoshop and buying software can make a difference. Today artificial intelligence is going to take over the post processing so concentrate on the shooting. That is my opinion.
