Location
This photo was taken at sierra nevada,Spain walking up to the peninsular's second highest peak-La veleta.Time
This was taken at around midday on a freezing winter's day-very windy, but cloudless.Lighting
It was a bright day (as it nearly always is up there!),so plenty light and brightness from the snow-sun behind me and small aperture to get everything in focus.Equipment
I used my canon EOS 1100D with wide angle lens-10-18mm.No tripod.Inspiration
Walking up towards La veleta,i just looked around and noticed the ice patterns on the rocks and the beautiful view all around and wanted to capture everything-close up and far.Editing
No post processing. In my camera bag
Just my wide angle 10-18mm canon lens and my 200mm tamron.I always carry those 2 with me and sometimes a beanbag for long exposures or ground level exposures.Feedback
This was just such a fantastic view with the snow all around-just look out closely for anything that catches your attention close up while fitting in everything you want in the background too and compose your shot-I always look very carefully through the viewfinder to make sure there's nothing to distract the view.
