I live just east of Atlanta, Georgia, in the Southeastern US, where we have a local park named Stone Mountain Park, known for it's mountain of granite with a certain carving on the face of it. I was there recently on a foggy, rainy day when I shot this picture of the US flag waving in the rain and fog against the backdrop of the mountain with streams of water running down from the top. Shot through the windshield of my car, in between strokes of the windshield wipers.

Morning Fog

This is an updated edit of an older photo, shot in 2003 at Lake Sequoyah, in Highlands, NC, on my camera of that time, a Canon Ae1 film camera.
