"Wizards Hat or Magicians Hat" Anyone Know for sure? I was able to hit the Oregon Coast with my beautiful wife Danielle Hodges. We had a couple of days of rain, then we were treated to many days in a row of beautiful sunshine. We spend the first 6 days at one of my favorite beaches in the country, Face Rock Beach in Bandon Oregon. This is a set up I have shot before and have had great success at. This time was no different as an almost completely overcast sky got the "crack" and the sun peaked out at just the right time. There are two rocks that look very similar on Face Rock Beach, I have always called the one furthest North the Wizards Hat, and this one a quarter mile south the Magicians Hat, but really don't know if that is correct or not....Sunset Sun-Star and the Magicians Hat from Face Rock Beach in Bandon Oregon. This was Shot at f-20 with a 1 sec exposure at ISO 100, white balance 5600, my "Landscape Roll of Film" with a two and three stop graduated split neutral density filters to balance light, on the Cannon 5 D Mark 4 with Canon 24-105 lens at 24 mm, all in camera. Thank you so much for looking!
