Flamingos have a curious ability to move together as if choreographed. Most of your flamingos are pointing in the same direction, partially proving this behavior. A series of photos of flamingos taken as they are turning might shed some light on their behaviors. I would do it myself, but I don't have access to flamingos. It is almost magical when they do this. Birds of other kinds do it as well in group flight. This is a lovely photo of them. Thanks for posting.
