Behind The Lens

Location
This photo was taken in De Haan (North Sea) in Belgium
Time
it was late october just after the glory of golden hour
Lighting
I was attracted by the moment when the light was most enchanting and the color was most deep red... "Sinking red"
Equipment
canon eos 600d with a Sigma dc 18-200 f3.5/6.3 telelens shot without tripod
Inspiration
The love for the sea and the deep red colors one can capture just before the sun is sinking visually in it
Editing
Some small adjustments in I-Photo but not something tot fancy...after all it's not Lightroom or Photoshop and the colors where great from the camera in the first place and the lighting conditions were pretty acceptable too for my novice standards...but the joy of the result was new to me

Canon eos 600d, Sigma dc 18-200 f3.5/6.3 telelens, Canon EF 50mm f1.8 II portrait lens, Tamron SP 90 mm f2.8 Di macro lens, Sigma EX APO DG 70-200 f2.8 II telelens
Feedback
Be there right before the golden hour, enjoy the magic of it by taking pictures in that specific golden light, before you see the sun slowly sinking and turn more reddish...on that very moment be prepared for some deep natural colors and enchanting captures I guess...that what counted for me anyway...follow your soul and instinct for that perfect moment, that's so very short and unique in a whole day of 24 hours :-)
