Location
This photo was taken by the escalators in the fall to Nørreport metro station in Copenhagen, Denmark. The station's metro section opened in 2002 and used daily that up to 40,000 travelers.Time
The photo was taken around 05:00 AM, the only time where there are not so many people at the station.Lighting
The light is always the same, so the time means nothing in terms of the light.Equipment
I used a Canon 5D Mk. III with a Canon EF 16-35mm f/4L IS USM. The photo was taken handheld at 17mm - 1/8 sec - ISO 2500 - f/9.Inspiration
I always thought that it was interesting to photograph modern architecture, so the choice was not that difficult in this case.Editing
I made a little noise reduction, and added a little sharpness. It was made in Lightroom.In my camera bag
When I photograph in the city I always bring my Canon 5D Mk.III and some lenses like Canon 16-35mm f/4L, Canon 70-200mm f/4L and Canon 85mm f/1.8 At night time I also bring my tripod.Feedback
It is useful to visit places at times when you would not normally be there. It can provide some new opportunities to capture details you would not normally see.
