Along the coast of Oregon exists a beautiful natural area called Cape Perpetua. Within this special place is a giant hole in the rocky shoreline called Thor's Well, where the sea roars in and explodes in fury. Needing to be extremely careful, even at low tide when this picture was taken, some beautiful and stunning compositions can be had especially when a gorgeous fiery pink and orange sunset illuminate the sky, and the standing puddles of water all around. Indeed, the cauldron was boiling as the day faded away.
