Wow that's a great old cart Larry, I have a thing about old vintage farm implements .

Dear Amanda: I also love the old ways of farming. I spent my summers on my grandparents farm and as survivors of the depression they didn't believe in throwing anything away--just keep repairing and using those old farming machines. Lots of fun for a boy to explore the nooks and crannies of barns and tool sheds! Thanks for commenting. This area of Myanmar is one of the most intensely farmed areas in the world and all done by hand and oxen. :) :)

Dear Daisy: This area of Myanmar is one of the most intensely farmed areas in the world and not much mechanical help. I was riding with driver through countryside and saw this scene which included about 20 farmers harvesting rice. I took their pictures, which made them happy and then isolated a few other shots. It was a lucky find, like discovering gold! :) :) Thanks for commenting!

Thanks Daisy. Whenever I am on travel and have the opportunity I make a dash for the countryside. People seem better, air is fresher, and landscapes more breathtaking! Hope all is well for you today! :) :)
