Whaleshark swims under the boat on Ningaloo reef in Exmouth, Australia. They appear on the reef there between April - July every year.

I used a Nikon D300 in an Aquatica housing with a Tokina 10-17mm lens.

Camera set to manual mode with these setting:

ISO - 400
Aperture - f-14
Shutter speed - 1-125

Strobes aren't allowed when doing whalesharking in Exmouth so natural light used .
