Wow! This is a cool image - I've never seen two dams built quite like this. I love the wide-angle focal length you used to capture this (I think - might be a stitched panorama...) and I like the layered essence of the image. I would get rid of the fence on the right, though (it's a bit of a distraction), and consider dodging the mountain under the clouds to brighten it up a bit. But, all in all, a superb image.
