Great image and great idea although it's messing with my head a bit :) The eyes are incredible.

Captivating. As a very symmetrical person I was wondering what this picture would have looked like if (in the viewfinder grid) their eyes were on a vertical and the centerlines of their bodies were parallel. Trying for what would look like a reflection but its backwards. (Not so apparent here because of their angle to each other) Just a thought.
Very nicely done.

I love being a twin, and this is a good reason why. You two are beautiful

Love this. Great concept and end product. The eyes pull you right in. Wonderful shot all around.

Location
In an forest in germany. Postal Code 59929 - Near village "Brilon-Alme"Time
This was taken short before sundown. So late afternoon.Lighting
This is just natural light. The sun was already behin the trees.Equipment
I handheld my 7D MK II with the Sigma 35mm Art above the 2 models.Inspiration
Planned was an lumberjack stlye shooting outdoors. During the session i discovered the spot of heath (it wasn't really big). So i though it would be great to capture their heads from above with the heath beneath.Editing
Yes, after basic corrections in LR i the the usual retouch and dodge and burn. Afterwards again some colorcorrections. In my camera bag
I usually use my 7D MK II with BG and the Sigma 35mm ART. Also i often carry around my 70 - 200 mm L IS II. To not miss any chance it's good to also have some wide aganle lenses with you. So i've EF-S 17-55 and 10-22 mm. But i rarely use them.Feedback
Just look for special spots in the environment. Keep your eyes open and i think ideas will come by themselves.
