Everything but the kitchen sink, I find it very hard to leave anything at home so carry Nikon D800 main and Nikon D7000 as backup and all shapes and sizes of lenses from fisheye to 80-400mm of Sigma and Nikon branding.Feedback
Try and get as much light as possible for the fastest shutter speed, lighting stands and reflectors if you can, if not, off camera remote triggers and flashes. This subject was extremely difficult as he would not stop moving (hence little blur around nose) and the light very low, I used the on camera flash as less harsh and less likely to stress the stallion. If I had more light I would of used an 80-400mm lens at range as he was a lot calmer at range.
