Seems odd to not be doing more by way of response to this picture and others like it than to say it's a wonderful image...but it is. And I'm pretty sure you intended to capture the ironic juxtaposition of this man in his state and the words on the window sign behind him, "Give, Share, Celebrate," which adds the real impact!
