Brilliant! Not a composite, I assume?

That is correct. This is not a composite. Every season, when the eagles fledge and start flying around the nest, a lot of the smaller birds are setting up their nests and become very territorial (and brave) and will chase the fledged eagles and adults around the territory. I've got a number of shots of this type of thing, but this is one of my favorites.
