Barely even looked like a little hump
It was early when I arrived at Jenny Lake. My hiking destination was Inspiration Point, which is high enough that I was supposed to be able to view the entire lake. For a whole lot better view though, one must climb higher. I made a quick stop at this launch pad where people launch their fishing boats and kayaks. From here I could see Inspiration Point, but, with the towering Symmetry Spire, Storm Point and Mt. St. John at the top, it barely even looked like a little hump at the bottom. No one would know that it is the point where they are headed, unless they know exactly where to look. For now that was my destination for the view of the lake.
