An extremely cloudy morning out at Two Jack Lake just outside of Banff. The sky was completely covered with clouds as I was waiting there for the sunrise!! Was quite disappointed, starting to put my camera back into the bag in my car, then go back look down to my tripod trying to pack it up. As my head turn back up, the clouds started to turn red. So I ran back to my car to grab my camera, set it all back up again as it get more and more red.
I was able to click a few times with just one composition. The next wider shot I took, the colour was already starting to fade. The entire length of these actions happened only within the 2-3 minutes.
Although it didn't last for long, but it was such a great show from the nature!!
So this was taken from Two Jack Lake in Banff National Park (although you can't see it...) The mountain on the right is Mt. Rundle. And the distance one left to the middle is Goatview Peak near Canmore, Alberta
Thank for viewing!
