"Six Point Crossing" - From the Art Workshop by Mike Russell.
This is a place far from the madding crowd, deep in the forest between Rochefort and Valençay. The six main forest tracks come together here. I often walk with our dog Sam to this point which is nearly three kilometres from our entry point and about another four kilometres, straight on, to the edge of Valençay.
If I stand in the centre of the hub, close my eyes and turn around a few times, only Sam knows the right way back...
