Why this concept - recently I have been struggling with negative comments and trying to overcome them. I don't think people realise what they say can really damage someone's self confidence. I felt loads better after writing the words and wiping them away. I not longer feel like I am trapped or tied down by negativity. So what if I am not skinny and I have stretch marks. God made women this way not to be the same but to be different and to imbrace that. Xxx
