This precious girl is wearing another stunning creation by Master Pet Couturier, Anthony Rubio. It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Rubio on our Shelter Pets Project campaign. Through the use of fashion, and photography, we hope to increase pet adoption rates, and change the perception of shelter animals. Dogs don;t like wearing clothes, they have a fur jacket on which nature provides. Overheating is very concerning.
