Location
This picture has been taken at the Wörthersee in Austria.Time
This has been taken in January minutes after the sunsetLighting
As the jetty was frozen and a little bit snow on the wood, I decided to keep the image temperature blueish to show the cold side of winter. The sunset made a cool contrast with the warm coloursEquipment
This shot has been captured with the Nikon D600, a Manfrotto tripod and a Tokina 16mm F2.8Inspiration
I love long exposures, showing a flat water and long clouds is giving a picture a special attributeEditing
It has has been post processed in lightroom, changing temperature, light and shadows as well as saturationIn my camera bag
Now I have a Nikon D750 and a D600 with a Tamron 24-70 F2.8, Sigma 20mm 1.4, Walimex 14mm F2.8, Nikon 16-35 F4, Sigma 105mm F2.8 and a Nikon 70-300 F4.5-5.6 with several filters, especially for big stoppers for long exposuresFeedback
Try yourself with filter, playing with big stoppers ND Filters can provide your picture a special touch
