This is a condition which can be severe and life changing, stopping those who suffer from enjoying life and even from functioning at all. Help is available but many choose to suffer in silence. This is closely coupled with depression and both can be felt simultaneously. Please talk to someone if you are feeling the effects of anxiety or depression.
