Again, I shot this image purely with the help of natural light coming through the window. No reflector, no OCF. It was shot at 10:00 am on a sunny winter day. I placed my kids directly in the patch of light so you can see the rim around their hair is magnificent.

That's it. Keep your shutter speed high so you can capture the wafting smoke coming off the glass of milk.
