Awesome shot, love the warm color from the buildings and streets mixed with the cold color of the snow on the rooftops.

If my previous message sent many times it's because I kept trying to send it without success. In case it didn't send just wanted to say AMAZING

This is just an amazing photo for so many reasons. My favorite part is the color contrast ??????

Location
The photo was taken from the City Hall Tower in Lviv.Time
That day was a cloudy one. Snowed. And I couldn't find anything interesting for me. So I decided to wait for evening and then I went to the City Hall Tower, that was about to close soon.Lighting
In that time Lviv had a poor night illumination, so I used the snow shimmering and street lighting.Equipment
No tripod or flash was used, just Olympus E-510 with it's kit lens 14-42 mm.Inspiration
I just wanted to take a good photo of night Lviv from the City Hall Tower. Basically, I thought about a northern view from the Tower. When I had taken it, I decided to have another look around and see whether there was something interesting nearby. And consequently I took this photo, a southern view from the Tower.Editing
Basically, I do a post-processing of all my photos, sometimes a lot of it. But this one I did a very little post-processing (90% it was converting RAW).In my camera bag
In that time I just had Olympus E-510 with it's kit lenses 14-42 mm & 42-150 mm and 70-300 mm lens. Today I have in my bag: Nikon D800, 28-300 mm (Nikkor) and 16-28 mm (Tokina).Feedback
It's hard to give some piece of advice. This year I tried to do a similar photo of better quality, but failed. So I can advise to be vigilant and make beautiful photos, and make them qualitatively, that there will be no need to redo them later.
