I agree it really is awesome. Family conections too; my mothers cousin was the last stone mason to work on the cathedral, having spent the whole of his working life on the same project.
He continued work on the cathedral way beyond his official retirement age. I fill with pride each time I visit this beautiful church, it is the most spirtual place I know of.
