What a marvellous POV for this beautiful Fall capture. Lovely vibrant colours that would make anyone want to enter this lovely woods and take a walk and drink in the aroma of the leaves that have been warmed by the sun! Excellent work Cher.

Location
I took this photograph at the Toronto Zoo which has an encompassing 287 hectares of land which also consists of a forest where I captured this photograph.Time
I took this photograph at approximately 2:00 p.m.Lighting
The day had its own natural lighting which consisted of a beautiful and sunny day. Therefore, no flash was required.Equipment
I used my Canon camera which was hand held. I do not believe you do not need to have an expensive camera to capture a beautiful photograph. I feel strongly that cameras do not take the photograph but photographers do.Inspiration
I was inspired to capture the beauty of the spectacular colours of the leaves changing as Fall sets in. I find Autumn brings warm, colourful leaves, cool, and crisp weather. I believe that colours generally draw you into a scene which inspires you take the photograph.Editing
The only minor post-processing I did on this photograph was to cropped it a bit and then I used Photomatix to make the photograph a bit more vibrant! Otherwise what you see is what came straight out of my camera. In my camera bag
In my camera bag I carry my Canon camera, extra batteries, various filters, lens filter cleaner and extra memory cards.Feedback
I strongly believe that every photograph tells a story, so make your photograph tell a story. Photography changes the way you see things. You notice colours, textures, people, nature … everything around you looks different when you start to see the world through a lens. Have fun and enjoy doing what you love doing, which is taking photographs. Don’t follow your dreams … chase them!
