I bought this dress from a Halloween costume store hoping that I would be able to recreate Marilyn Monroe iconic scene with the flying skirt. Marilyn stood on a subway grate and the wind from passing trains would blow her skirt up. I used a fan in a barn with Amanda up on a small structure.
