I have been trying to get a picture of this Broad Winged Hawk for two years!!! He finally was along the edge of the Delaware River In New Jersey. He was not a fan of my camera and took off but I love the few shots I managed to get. This one is my favorite. I love all the water spray and motion:) During the summer they live in Northeastern America, British Columbia and Texas.Then in the winter they migrate to Mexico and Southern Brazil. Their numbers are declining because of forest fragmentation.
